You heard right! On Monday I had the liberty of calling them in their country at rates that are probably unbelievable. I had sent several emails requesting my purchase/cashout history, as well as my game logs, they did not reply.

I called after several emails, and talked to the employee there, only to receive lies, as the reports were never received.

I called a second, a third, and finally a fourth time and demanded a full refund and insisted their games were fixed. Of course their odds are better than Vegas they said.

They said they are not under regulation of any type, and that we silly americans better read the rules. That our laws mean nothing to them.

I lost $2700.00 there, and instead of being insulted by fellow friends at WinnerOnline, how about showing me some support. I was a silly american that went for their 50% bonus offer, and their site as well as many others have pushed me into bankruptcy.

I dont know when to stop, I guess, so I am told. But Steve responded to my email personally today, and told me not to file bankruptcy yet, that maybe I can be helped.
