Jesus, I go away for a few hours and find all this. I'd better explain in a bit more detail what happened from the start. It's probably a bit boring but it backs up some of what I said.
Firstly, they are supposed to have 24 hour support. I couldn't find any email address on the web site at all even though it's there somewhere apparantly (couldn't even find it after reading the winneronline article mentioning it). When you download the software you get a message from adam with adam@theredline.com so I assume this is the email address. Then later get another 'thankyou for downloading' email from him with that email address only. I have no knowledge of any other email addresses. On friday (17:45 UK time) he sends the promotional email. I don't think they could have thought the promotion through that well though because an hour later he sends a revision of it stating that 'The Big One' part (50% extra for winning 5 in a row) doesn't include certain games (although losing 5 in a row, known as '5 from 5', is for all games):
--------------
AND NOW WE'VE GOT YOUR ATTENTION!!!
IT MIGHT BE MADNESS, BUT WE'RE NOT CRAZY!!
*ALERT*ALERT*ALERT*ALERT*ALERT*ALERT*
WE SHOULD ADD THAT THE BIG ONE DOES NOT INCLUDE TABLE GAMES (Roulette, Sic-Bo, Craps)!!!!!!
Plus:
Tell you're friends about Asian Gamble, and we will give you 10% of their initial deposits, absolutely free!!! Just send their e-mail addresses to:
adam@theredline.com
HAPPY GAMING,
WWW.THEREDLINE.COM. PLAY TO WIN.
--------------
Anyway, I send a few emails asking questions and get IMMEDIATE replies such as:
> Both THE BIG ONE and 5 FROM 5 include Blackjack, Keno, Red Dog, Pai Gow
> Poker, Video Poker and Dragon Slots. Only the 5 FROM 5 applies to Roulette,
> Sic-Bo, Baccarat and Craps. THE BIG ONE does not apply to these four games.
>
> There is no limit to the bonus you can get for winning or losing 5 in a row.
> It should also be added that a PUSH does NOT count as either a WIN or a
> LOSE.
>
> Enjoy the weekend!

Anyway now he sends a third revision of the promo saying he is getting loads of questions about it (he is replying to my querstions immediately). I still have a question about it because he hadn't answered one of the questions I was trying to ask. To be honest I didn't believe you could get this bonus as many times as you wanted and thought it was only once or something. He answers me, shown below, but again not really what I asked (I basically tried asking again if you can get the bonus more than once for each time you lost or won five in row). I think I used the word 'multiple' in my question which must have confused him and he answered with this:
> Ahhh. Now I understand...
>
> If you win 5 games in a row (of Blackjack, for example) and have a total
> return of $10, we will give you an extra $5. If you win 10 games in a row,
> and have a total return of $20, we will give you an extra $10.
>
> The rules are exactly the same (but in reverse) for the 5 FROM 5. If you
> lose 5 games in a row and have a total loss of $10, we will refund you $5.
> If you lose 10 games in a row, and have a total loss of $20, we will refund
> you $10.
and my question actually was:
Hi,
I didn't ask if there was a limit, I was asking if you can get the bonus
multiple times for losing or winning five times in a row more than once.
-------
Just to clarify for a final time I asked about roulette and baccarat because I'd lose five in a row a lot of times in both games betting on a few number in roulette or betting on tie in baccarat. According to the promotion I'd get half my stake back for each multiple of five bets lost and so for these 'low chance' bets you couldn't really lose with the promotion.
I sent the email about the roulette and baccarat and stuff at 21:54pm which I suppose is quite late (have in mind that UK time is about 5 hours ahead of EST so it would only be about 5pm). This is the only email address I have ever seen and the promotion (3rd revision) actually states:
> Should you have any further questions about Asian Gamble, our
> promotions or www.theredline.com, please mail our Customer Service
> Manager at: adam@theredline.com (who would like to add: Sorry folks! I
> guess I didn't make myself clear. I'll do better next time... )
So basically I don't get an immediate reply to this email. Maybe they have now realised it's a no lose promo for the player in some games. In the meantime (the promo is due to start the next day) I play blackjack with my $500 deposit. Anyway about four hours later I still find no email so I email again to remind him about it (this is still early in US time). This seems to be the only email address available and I'm not getting any response.
The next day I found he had replied at 9:15am:

and my question was:

and about 8 minutes later he replied to my reminder email I sent about it the night before when he wasn't replying:

I never saw these email addresses mentioned at all before. Later on my mail box flashes and I have a bonus email from my deposit the night before when I played blackjack and didn't do too well but not too bad (1 in 35 chance I think of losing as much). I received $200 bonus for some reason even though I thought it would be $100 (they were also doing 20% additional bonus to all weekend deposits so that would make 40% but I actually played before the weekend promotion started). I immediately went to log in and play at the casino as soon as I got the promotional email. I went to the cashier and got access denied errors for a few seconds and I thought the guy was just adding the bonus or something. Anyway I purchased $500 (would get another 20% bonus on that but it's not automatic) and my balance was $1085 (385+200+500). I then started playing roulette with $1 bets betting on 4 numbers a spin. You know what happened. I just kept going until it was over a trillion to one chance of losing like that in a fair game. It took a couple of hours I think.
So I email adam@ and all their other email addresses (even rebecca@ I found at casinomeister) lots of times that day and had no response for 24 hours or something (and the reply was from Adam unsuprisingly). I also told them about my posting on this message board (this was in the second email I sent which was about 90 minutes after the first one which I posted on here) and also what wizard of odds said about it so they had to respond even though I couldn't see how they could defend what happened. Anyway when they finally responded a whole day later, they still couldn't really explain it.
This is the last email I sent today after I asked if the program has some sort of built-in programming routine to make players lose if it thinks they are cheating or something.
He wrote:
