Hi there,

First, I'd like to say that although I help Steve out a teensy bit with OPA, I don't receive anything in return except glory (and really not even that, I just like Steve and believe in what he's trying to do as the president of OPA). I am a paying member, but have not taken advantage of any bonuses YET.

I believe that Steve can answer the question you have about the number of members (where is he, anyway?) - it has only been in existence for a few months, and has gotten quite a little bit of attention from players as well as casinos.

Have you looked at the website? OPA is there to help players and casinos work together to resolve disputes, and, most importantly, ALL members - players AND casinos - promise to abide by a "Code of Ethics" (this is posted on the website). These Codes of Ethics are an important, and much needed, step in establishing trust and committing to honesty on BOTH ends.

Oh, and if there is a legitimate beef between player and casino (and I do mean "legitimate") in which the player loses money and no reasonable resolution is reached between the parties, OPA will reimburse the player the disputed amount, up to $500.00. Steve, correct me if I am wrong on that. Of course, both parties involved must be members in good standing of the OPA.
