Do most of the online gamblers out there use their credit cards to pay the casinos?

I don't trust giving my card over the Internet to the likes of casinos that only give you a post box number or a e-mail address. Seriously, how do you track these guys down if you are ripped off? What's to keep them from overbilling you and why should they pay up if you can't find them?
www.grandgold.com as I've mentioned before runs from Canada and not St.Kitts like they claim. The owners are located in Toronto and Port Colbourne but the only reason I know that is because I know them personally.
If you were cheated, you would have no way of locating them. St. Kitts and many of the other Caribbean countries that are supporting these casino sites have passed privacy laws that actually make it a crime to devulge information on these sites. That only protects the cheating casino owners, not the public.

I just don't know how anyone can feel secure giving their personal credit card numbers over the Internet to any site other than one operated by large reputable companies.
