Last week,i deposited $800 in StanleyAcropolis Casinos and played their mini-baccarat.I wagered over $1700 in hands and claimed their 50% bonus amounting to $400.My remaining balance was $950 including the bonus. I submitted a cash out for this amount and expected this to be transferred to my credit card. $800 were in fact credited to my credit card in 5 days but i couldn't understand what happened with my winnings amounting to $150. So I phoned at their support centre at rates that are probably unbelievable. They informed me that my $150 will be sent to me by check. I then, requested a comp for the call and they awarded me with $10 which is not much but at least it covered the telephone call.

Please can anyone explain to me why casinos do not transfer your winnings to your credit card. I submitted the deposit by credit card and expected my winnings to be transferred to my credit card. I think this is unfair.

On the whole i do not have much to grumble about this casino, i recieved my winnings after all but i would have been more pleased if they credited my credit card with my winnings.
