Very interesting indeed. I predict if it even begins to look like it will be allowed, Nevada will perhaps get there first.
Remember of course that any casino in NJ which is also operating in Nevada will have to abide by whatever Nevada says, if they want to keep their Nevada license.
That leaves ery few NJ casinos.
