Bettors Review is run by Pinnace, who owns several casinos operating on the Gambling Software Systems platform.
Also, I don't really get what the subject line of this thread has to do with the contents, but it's not uncommon for sites to immediately blacklist all starnet sites. My main problem with BR is that they went beyond this, banning anyone that could be considered a big competitor, even having sites on their blacklist that aren't actually casinos at all.
