I really like RTG software. The games are good, fast, and honest. I have done quite well, but these fax forms are a real pain.

I had a nice win at E-world back in March. After a month, I inquired about my winnings that I haven't received. They said I needed to do the form. I faxed the form and I got my winnings promptly. Recently, I made a small deposit using a different card then the one I used in March. I had a win but the total deposit and win was less than the $500. Their banking page says that the fax form is needed for amounts of $500 or more. Well, they said they needed the form citing that I used a different credit card and the $500 limit is for total withdraws. So I faxed them the form for my new card. Now they say that they need the form on the card I used back in March. I told them that since they paid me my winnings for March, that they obviously had that form as they wouldn't pay me if they didn't have it. They came back and said they needed a copy.

I couple of weeks ago, I had a nice win at Cyberland. Knowing the ropes, I immediately faxed them the form. The deposit was credited back to my card promptly. They also sent me an email saying that the winnings are being sent Fed Ex. When the Fed Ex. didn't come, I inquired. They said they needed a copy of my ID. I don't know if I sent this with the fax form or not, probably not. But why didn't they asked for the ID when they recieved the form.
