Dear PlayBallCasino Customers
This email is to inform you about a recent decision by MasterCard that directly impacts all MasterCard credit/debit cardholders.
MasterCard is changing their policy regarding credit backs
from offshore Casinos and Sportsbooks:
Beginning Nov. 13, 2000, MasterCard will no longer allow PlayBallCasino.com or any other Casino/Sportsbook to credit back charges to MasterCard credit/debit cards.
Due to MasterCard’s new policy on your credit/debit cards, and for your security, we must implement the following procedures:
1) No credit backs will be done to any MasterCard credit/debit cards after November 13, 2000.
2) A fax authorization form may be required for MasterCard deposits and/or withdrawals.
3) If deposits are made using MasterCard after November 14, 2000, subsequent withdrawals may not be eligible for the free monthly withdrawal (i.e., there may be a $5 - $20 transaction fee, based on method of withdrawal- unless done ia NETeller).
