Colly, we're coming to grips with this and we hope to have a solution soon.

We don't want that solution to be a short term fix followed by repeated changes because that frustrates and angers players and operators alike - we're working toward a good solution.

It would not be sensible for us to start rushing into print right now before we have settled this but be assured your points are noted and we are taking some care over this because it affects both players and operators as you point out.

Please be patient - we hope it won't be long.
