Thanks Brian,

I knew about the refund issue but this statement from the casino was that MASTERCARD itself is not allowing ANY gaming transactions deposits or refunds- (not the casino covering themselves).

This particular casino group has continued to take mastercard for deposits up until this anouncement tonight and clearly stated it was a Mastercard initiated action.

I have asked them for further details which I will post when received but I was just wandering if anyone knew if this was a "New Official Policy"

Jerry Garner- you seemed to have obtained MC policy the last time round- have you heard anything.
