Jorge and I are working through our issues now. Now that the lines of communication are open, I understand why they did what they did, and Jorge has been good to deal with. I realize that my mistake was to post my complaint on the board on the weekend rather than wait until monday for their customer suport to open. I was just so upset at the time and i didn't want to wait a couple days and i didn't know why they did it.
