As far as I know, almost everyone has had troubles being paid by them.

Duke, your definition of « free money » is hard to defend with a casino that does not pay the winners.

Everyone should avoid Player's Fortune and their siblings (King's Island, Titanic Treasures) until they put their act together. They need to :

1- Fix the awful customer support (LiveHelp, Email, even the emails from management)
2- Send out the winnings in a decent timeframe (or AT LEAST just send them)
3- Stick to rules they explicitely spell out

These casinos fail on all three points. They are ery ery far from being even half decent trustworthy businesses.

I have personally decided to avoid every casino that uses LiveHelp online CSRs named Sharon. These casinos say they are unrelated but I believe this is not true. I sent an email to Titanic's Treasure asking if they are related to King's Island and they answered no, but the FAQ on the Titanic's Treasure websites has a leftover line (line 7) from the King's Island website.

Everything that has been said to me by either the CSRs or the management of all of these casinos I have serious reasons to doubt. In the last few weeks, they seem to have put together a concerted effort to build total and general mistrust towards them.

I can't begin to understand what they have in mind...

Maybe just cashing in on losers and never paying the winners. Could it be something so simple?
