Read trader's post ery carefully. Unfortunately, his story is also the story of many Golden Palace players.
Golden Palace sent bonus offers to existing players. These players played & followed the rules of the promotion. These players then won. Golden Palace then realized they would have to actually pay these winners, so they locked the players accounts and kept the player's winnings.
Golden Palace then stated that since these players only played during bonus periods, they would keep the player's winnings.
Sorry, but this is wrong, plain in simple. Playing during non-promotion periods was never required up-front to take advantage of promotions.
Golden Palace could have simply told these players they could no longer play, but they decided to steal the money instead.
Now, just as Trader stated, what confidence can you have in a casino that will possibly take your winnings for reasons as flimsy as those stated by Golden Palace. The answer is no confidence.
Golden Palace was wrong, and now that they've made their bed, they must sleep in it.
The only thing causing Golden Palace problems is Golden Palace.
BTW, they don't bread your legs in Las Vegas.
