I have read some threads in the past where players reported that bonuses and fees (like neteller fees) were subtracted from FTP's MGR. However, I do not believe that bonuses were subtracted from my MGR in the past (I usually only play FTP with a bonus - although that may change in the distant future when FTP becomes the new Party Poker). Can anyone confirm that bonuses, etc. are being subtracted from THEIR MGR and if so, also please PM which rakeback affiliate you are using.

I am wondering if my affiliate or FTP is perhaps making a mistake or if policies have changed, or if the threads in question were in error.
