It's true you shouldn't make a habit of playing Sicbo. Look at it this way though. If you had $2k you didn't want and wanted $15k, you've got nearly 10% chance playing 20 hands of $100 on that sicbo bet.

If you play blackjack, you need to bet big to have any chance of making that much profit and that assumes you have an unlimited bankroll! You definitely *never* have 10% chance of winning $13k in blackjack if you bet just $100 a hand all the time. With a minimum bet of $200, to have a 10% chance of making $13k in blackjack you'll need to play a few thousand hands (as opposed to 20 with sicbo). This isn't really the problem though, the bankroll needed is! Blackjack would obviously be better if you had an unlimited bankroll or the casino had mega high limits, but your bankroll would need to be much bigger than $2k to have a 9%or 10% chance of making $13k with $200 bets at blackjack! With higher bet limits the bankroll needed is even higher unless the limits are only a few times less than your target score.

Some online casinos don't really let you win anything. I remember Atlantic Interbet had tiny limits when I played.
