James, you bring up a problem that may not have a perfect solution. New casinos have to offer some kind of bonus to attract players. Why else would I risk an unknown when there are so many others that have already proven themselves?

Now comes the dilemma for the operator. Can he explain the bonus requirements simply and completely? Can the operator explain the terms to his own support staff? Too many of these offers appear to be written by someone not familiar with the English language. Others seem to be written by a committee of attorneys who published a first draft before they knew what they wanted to accomplish.

My own rule is that if I don't understand the conditions in two tries, I do not play there. I am now just starting a dispute with a pair of online casinos who do not understand the terms of their own offer. The support department is telling me that I am right, but accounting deducted $325 anyway. On Friday they promised to email me with an answer on Monday. I have not yet heard from them. I want to give them a chance to repair this before I identify them, but a better job by management to coordinate marketing and customer service would have prevented the problem in the first place.
