I'm not sure what you're referring to. We do take US players. I will look into the database for your information. You are not the first person to have said that and something about a $20.00 promotion. We work ery hard to please every one of our guest and our comps we gave out for Christmas ranged from $50.00 - $500.00 depending upon the player. Please e-mail me at webmaster@bigeasycasino.com with any information you have about your difficulties and where you saw we don't accept US Players. Most of our players are from the US. We are willing to correct any problem but you need to tell us. As for the $20.00 promotion, there was an erroneaus post from Nov. by some billboard without our knowledge and apparently a bigeasycasino.net out there which is what we suspect it was intended for. Any inquires regarding that we answered by me personally - I was livid to say the least. If you would like, we would be happy to credit you to play if you have an account, or are willing to open an account. Casino comps usually credited within 24-48 hours. This of course is distressing as we have never had any problems with our players and often receive compliments how how well we take care of any problem. Meanwhile, I am scanning the site for any non-US information. It is a Starnet casino and I know they can't take some countries but this doesn't apply to the US. Again, we are ery willing to rectify the situation with you however you suggest.
