I filed my complaints today. Fairplay, Jetset, and Astrobet owe me a total of $1845. I cashed out on 12/21. Four weeks is just too long.
The audit excuse doesn't hold water. The statements they sent me show that part of a deposit which I LOST at one Tropika casino (OldGlory) was refunded to partially pay off winnings from another Tropika casino. This would surely be the LAST thing decided in an audit, yet it appreared on my credit card in December.
