Sorry to hear about the bad experiences some of you have had at Windows.

I can only speak for myself. I've won a fair amount of money at Windows, and have been paid promptly.

In the past their customer service was a little slow, but I once had a problem and used AOL IM to contact the pit boss and the problem was resolved within minutes. That's pretty good if you ask me.

I do believe they've also been working on correcting some of their customer service problems.

No operation is perfect, but some places are downright sleazy. In my opinion, Windows is fair and on the level.
