I have played at HUNDREDS of online casinos and the only ones with CHRONIC payment problems have been Microgaming casinos. And ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS are caused by Microgaming's reckless and foolish policy of allowing licensees to handle players' money. In Cryptologic, Starnet, and Boss Media systems, the licensees can NEVER handle the players' money and therefore it is safe and there is little chance of fraud, embezzlment, or delaying of payments. I can set my calendar by the timely checks I receive from Starnet(EFS), Cryptologic, and Boss Media(WebDollar).

I should say that I have NEVER had any problems with RealTimeGaming casinos and RTG allows its licensees to handle player money. So RTG probably screens its licensees for financial and ethical soundness much better than Microgaming does. Most of RTG casinos FED-EX me my checks at their own expense which is even better than what I get from crypto, star, and boss.
