As you suggest - more than a number of papers are wrong - probably many of them took the "facts" from Forbes.

The Wire Act only covers sports betting. It is highly unlikely that they will be able to use this to obtain a ruling on an online casino - and that is why none have been prosecuted.

The Federal Government has tried - and failed - at least twice to ban or severely restrict online gambling. And they will try again and again until it simply becomes too big for them to even consider anything other than potential regulation.
