Grantt, you really need to step back and lighten up a little. Jetset is a good guy with nothing to hide, and certainly is not deceptive or manipulative like others who pop up from time to time. I myself received and answer to the same question immediately. In fact, I completely forgot and asked again a few months later, and again received a ery prompt and professional reply to the question. If you wouldn't pose your queries in such a sarcastic and challenging manner, perhaps you wouldn't have to ask three times.
