Mary, You are right. I am going to do that from now on. It is just a bit frustrating when someone owes you money and you can't call them and they do not reply to emails on a timely basis. I understand if they need to save money on the phone but they should try to at least respond faster to emails since they don't have a phone. And some advice for some of you casino owners that can't afford a phone line yet, use cheap chat software on your website. All I want is to inquire about my account and I do not mind doing it through chat software or even a messenger. Windows casino provides support through messenger and I have found it to be ery acceptable. I know some of you have had problems with Windows casino but they have been ery professional with me and I have always been paid promptly.
