The Unified Gaming Casino GAMBLERS PALACE has chosen to deny my withdrawal of over $25,000 proving that once again the casinos of Unified Gaming DO NOT PAY the players that win big amounts. After months of losing on their casino, I finally turned it around and ran my account up to this large amount by placing large wagers on their online craps table. When I tried to make a withdrawal my account was frozen with an INVALID PASSWORD message and my account was placed under audit. Where was this audit all those months that I was losing and making deposits? I would like to place an INVALID CASINO message on their casino website.
Eventually I was informed that GAMBLERS PALACE would not honor any of my redemptions and that I should stop bothering them because they were keeping my money and I should just go away. The reason for their refusal to pay me is that I had an account with them from Feb. to Aug. 2000 where I had the nerve to win before and they have no plans on paying me again. This account has been INACTIVE and closed for OVER A YEAR and didn't seem to be all that much of a problem while I was losing. The only reason I returned to them was that they kept bugging me with E-mails to return. BIG MISTAKE! Gambling with GAMBLERS PALACE is like standing on the boardwalk and throwing your money into the ocean because you are never going to see it again. Remember if you decide to play there or continue to play there.....YOU WERE WARNED. GAMBLERS PALACE motto should be the casino that always wins. NOT THE PLAYER, but the casino always wins. BLACKLIST GAMBLERS PALACE.
