Beware of World Gaming affiliated casinos.
In particular , beware of those World
Gaming casinos that are turn-key operations
and operate their customer service from
the country of Antigua.

An exception to the above would be Pyramid
Casino which is a World Gaming affiliated
casino.

I recently opened an account with Casino
Unreal. However, after opening an account
with them 2 weeks ago and depositing money
with them at that time, I was told by
customer service that this casino is no
longer affiliated with them.

I deposited 100 dollars with them ia PayPal
but it never showed up in my account. When
I called the customer service number, I was
told that this casino is being handled by
another company. After calling this other
company , they told me that they have
never heard of this casino. I called
World Gaming customer service back and
they told me that I had never registered
with them. Untrue - I registered with
them on August 25th.

To make a long story short, WG customer
service finally acknowledged that they
do handle the customer service for this
casino - Casino Unreal. However, they do
not know what became of my money which
is handled by their "banking" company
which is called EFS USA Inc.

I have never dealt with any other World
Gaming affiliated casino besides this one-
but take my word for it - this company
is one big headache that you should try
to avoid.
