does not contain the deposit
conditions for the September 26th
promo.

Both the site and the newsletter
do contain the specific deposit
conditions for both the promos
before and after the Sept.26 promo.

However, no SPECIFIC promo
conditions are mentioned within
the context of the promo itself.
I believe they mistakenly left
it out.

If this happened at a land-based
casino in the States, one would
have recourse to both the state
gambling commission and the state
courts.
