7 SULTANS DID THE RIGHT AND DECENT THING!!!

Friend found his $85 credited back to FirePay already! But just hours previously he was told to wager the $85 x 8 before cashout.

It seems their right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. No, he did not play at all because he could not activate the blackjack and did not find out until later that it was an excluded game. Also he did not touch the $l5 they gave him (for downloading I think he said) so as not be a bonus abuser.

I told him to apologise to them for causing them trouble and thank them for their quick helpful resolution. After all, they probably had to pay commission on the Firepay debit and credit. It pays to encourage and reinforce casino's good behaviour so that there is justification in complaining when it's bad IMO.

Phew...I'm glad things worked out as I hate it when I refer someone to a place and they strike problems; in this case it was an understandable oversight on his own part.

Thanks Mary for your offer and great problem-solving even though they sorted things out before using your strategy. You are the online players' guardian angel LOL!
