I wouldn't worry too much about this group. They just changed their bonus plans a few weeks ago. Looks like they are trying to create situations for certain types of gamblers and chase the bonus hunters away.

I completely agree, they are a good group and besides, they didn't do anything wrong here. You can't get on them too much, it is clearly there. By the same token, it is a pretty significant deviation from the norm....if there is such a thing.

Still and all, unless this person started gambling and lost the bonus, I think they will work it out. I'd go for the transfer. I like the newer ersion software in the Fortune Room better anyhow. Plus you can bet in any amount instead the 2.00 and the subsequent 10.00 increments. Let us know what happens with this please.
