Darn it, Vicki, I had just suggested that the OPA try to get Fortune Lounge to apply for membership. They are one of my favorite groups.
This disappoints me. I will get after them about this.
At least the software was disabled, instead of letting your friend play, and then disallowing wins after the fact.
Let us know how they handle this. Transferring the account to a one of their blackjack enabled sister sites would be a fair resolution in my opinion.
