It may or may not have been mentioned in the email offer to obtain $575(?) for signing up at Fortune Lounges casinos. If so, it was not as clearly stated as you quoted above.

It was AFTER depositing, in their letter of congratulation, which gave a link for terms and conditions, that he read it after not being able to access blackjack.

But it seems sneaky to me as he hasn't had a reply for hours when querying about blackjack coming up as "error module" while he was impressed with their speedy responses when asking questions BEFORE DEPOSITING!

Guess it's casinos ploy to have people playing while waiting for an answer. He's hoping he wont have problems getting his deposit back as he isn't going to waste money playing what he doesn't want to.

Wouldn't be surprised if some of these places are finding the competition pretty stiff these days.
