Don't bother counting complaints at the OPA board; that isn't any measure of a casino's management fitness except in the grossest of analysis.

Companies do not have egos. Individuals have egos.

The OPA (and Steve) are ery polite when first broaching a complaint. If the casino chooses not to respond, that's their tough noogies.

The "Not Recommended" list is just that; a warning list. We have no enforcement authority to keep player from playing there.

So, Buddy, if you want to, go right ahead.
Just know that Unified Gaming sites have refused to pay big winners in the past; have hidden behind Unified Gaming to do so; and if you as a player have any trouble the OPA can't help you.
