I just went to check out for myself how many complaints UG casinos have w/ OPA.

Can someone please re-check my numbers, I'm sure that they could be off a little (not much)

I could only go back to March 3rd of this year.

OPA has 1184 total complaints posted.

Out of the last 671 complaints the OPA has on file, 16 were for unified casinos. Approx 2.38%

5 of the 16 are for one casino bring me luck.

The major complaint (I think) was the slow payout from the progressive company that the unified gaming casinos use. Someone hit it at Alohacasino and it took her forever to get paid.

When I was doing my counting I saw tons of complaints about the same casinos NOT on the OPA not recommended list.

OPA should change the name of their
NOT RECOMMENDED LIST
to:
CASINOS THAT WON'T TALK TO US

I'm not trying to cause a ruckus here but you guys should stand back away from this issue and look at what is going on.

You have the OPA and their ego and UG with theirs.

What is best for the player?

A players advocate is needed to help players deal with companies that have big egos.

The answer is not to try to harm these companies when they refuse to talk to you, the answer is to find a way to open up lines of communication with a big ego company so you can help the player.

I have seen other complaints against UG at gambling.com, theprescription, bettorsworld and majorwager. For some reason UG deals with these places but not the OPA.

I wonder why?

A suggestion: OPA should list the total number of complaints by software provider to make it easier for the PLAYER to decide where to play.
