Stepping back and looking at the available information, It seems to me that steve has been acting alone or unilaterally in collecting players funds. Although I despise the response of OPA mary to my questions, I do not think her intentions are bad, but rather she is overworked and overstressed. However, I cannot say the same for steve and his intentions right now. (as if my opinion means anything! )
