I received a $10 bonus from Powerbet casino and played well over the wager requirement. When I cashed out my $200 they first confirmed my cashout with this mail:

Then I did not hear anything for a long time and logged into the casino to see that my withdrawal was denied even though I had received an approval by e-mail. I e-mailed and asked why and I got an response saying that I hadnt met the requirements for the bonus. I e-mailed again and asked how that could be since I wagered much more than the requirement. They then told me that one of the requirements for the bonus was to hit a winning combination on the second row of the payout table on a slot machine!!

I told them that I had never noticed this requirement even though I always read the terms and conditions but also added that I could have missed it and asked them to send me a copy of the terms and conditions where it was stated. They refused but told my $200 was to be put on my casino account like stated in the mail below.

Some more time went by without any money put back on the account and I e-mailed and asked them why. Their response was that not only did I have to hit the second row of the payout table in any slot machine I also only had a limited time to do so otherwise the bonus and winnings would be taken.

I again asked them to send me a copy of the terms and conditions where this could be read but they refused again. In addition I never had a chance to hit this particular payout row either since they never put the $200 back to my account.

Any ideas what can be done if anything!? This was some time ago and they now refuse to communicate with me even though I communicated ery formal and with good manner. I'm so dissappointed
