I have seen mention by someone else about your playing record/habits/selections etc;
are tracked (aside from normal and required record keeping). Saying if you quit a game and come back in a couple hours or couple days and start playing again, as far as the software is concerned you just picked up where you left off.

Kind of going along with your statement,if you had a losing streak coming,it is still there waiting on you (IF that statement is true,which I tend to go along with).

Of course,the person that made the statement was considering that they were playing against strategy and not the RNG.If so, there is only one way I can think of to thwart that.
