Topic: Industry discussion: Can RTG sign land operators? Forum: Winner Online

I wouldn't see why they couldn't license their games to a land operator. They certainly have a good suite of software with games that rank up there with the best of the software providers. The main problem has been with the licensees having credit card processing/cash flows/bad bonusing problems (depending on who you listen to), and I seriously doubt that a respected land based operator would encounter any of these issues.

I think one of the reasons RTG has stepped in and taken the steps that they have is because the land based casinos are watching the online software providers. RTG need to regain some credibility and so far I think they are going in the right direction towards attaining that goal.

As to land based groups not going with dodgy service providers, Palace of the Empire - owned by the Caesars Palace licensees in South Africa, have launched their casino run with software by Innoco, who have had the same sort of image problems in the past as RTG.
