Absolutely, the Golden Palace Group may be treating some players well at present. But, it doesn't prove that they will treat *all* players well at any time, and given that there are other casinos with equally fine terms and service without a criminal history--including making threats against women and children--why should anybody bother extending the benefit of the doubt?

A land regulatory commission wouldn't, outside of places like Antigua and Kahnewake, which have their own histories of issuing death threats to enforce business deals. Those can be found in newspapaer accounts local to their jurisdictions.
