Thanks for sharing that information Fairbet. It helps me confirm that my figures are still somewhat accurate. I think a charge back here and there is bound to happen just from the law of averages/statistics, but it should be a rare occurrance, especially with the sophisticated negative use databases implemented by the credit card gateways. If a group is experiencing more than a few here and there, it is most likely because of:
1. They are genuinely cheating players, or at least not given a quality level of entertainment for the costs, which results in disgruntled players charging back and using the funds elsewhere.
2. Someone in the chain is a liar and a theif, and is skimming off the top.
