Windows Casino has owed me $50 for 3 months. They say I ned to contact CimCash because its their fault not Window's. Then they say since I've already been paid $xxx, I should just go away because they figure I've won enough.

I submitted a complaint at Safebet a month ago and even got a response from Windows that I need to contact CimCash.

My questions is this, Safebet's terms state that they'll try and resolve a complaint in 5 days or the offending casino will loose their membership staus. Since my complaint hasn't been resolved in a month, why is windows Casino still a member?
