RTG,

From time to time we hear that a RTG-casino is haunted by chargebacks and creditcardfraud - causing delayed payments and countries banned. Are RTG-casinos more exposed to this than other casinos? I can't remember I ever filled out a faxform to other casinos than RTG. Might have faxed/mailed some ID - but that's it. Do RTG-casinos get more chargebacks than other casinos. If they are - would you then consider our deposits at all RTG-casinos safe - as long as this situation haven't been reviewed/changed?

The reason I bring it up, is because of what TCO management said after closing down. TCO was taken out of business because of a HUGE number of chargebacks - even on Firepaydeposits.To your knowledge - is this what happened?

One explanation to chargebacks are dishonest players (ruining it for the honest casino and the honest players).
Another explanation to a higher number of chargebacks at TCO could be unpaid players/winners - trying to save their deposits.

To your best knowledge - is one of the explanations more true than the other? Were chargebacks THE problem or were chargebacks a consequence of other problems causing people not getting paid?
