That is an interesting point and one which merits further discussion. I am not familiar with the full capabilities of the Citadel product but perhaps someone from the IGC would care to comment on that? Anyone here?

Your average gambler understands that casinos face a multitude of fraud threats and as I said before a casino's right to defend itself is respected. It is the methods employed in that defence which raise protests if they are unfair or invade privacy.

I'm pretty sure that casinos get a handle on fraudsters, especially repeated crooks and exchange details of the modus operandi and falso details which these guys use. Noone has a problem with that. But genuine casinos must also see the need (no matter how difficult this may sometimes be) to differentiate between a player with a legitimate problem and a crook.

Those casinos - and you unfortunately have some of them in your stable - that use exchanges of information to hammer legitimate bonus-takers or even "difficult" players are beyond the pale.
