The merits and need of such a system, properly contructed and applied, is another discussion.

The problem on the table right now is that RTG licensees have taken matters into their own hands in an unethical and dishonest manner that reflects badly upon RTG as a whole and to the detriment of other RTG licensees.

This isn't even debatable; they proclaim on their own site that is the purpose of this "association". They list RTG as a member (and William Hill as well, and William Hill has announced they will take legal action.)

They are putting RTg in legal jeopardy and in jeopardy with PayPal and Neteller. RTG may not be able to sign on casinos with these services. RTG may find itself defending lawsuits from US citizens whohave been subject to identity theft, or, do not care to be libeled on the Internet.

It is in your own best interest to take decisive action at the most; to address this question at the least.
