Thank you for responding.
Although you don't address many of
issues, concerns, and questions about the
OCMA that others posters have mentioned,
to specifically answer your question,
"Where do you think the balance should be
between casinos protecting themselves from
habitual fraudsters, and the privacy players deserve?"
Well, there obviously needs to be a set standard that
protects them both.
The players privacy and personal
information should never be compromised, or "passed around".
The casino's are far more equipped
to implement procedures that
eliminate or reduce fraud, than the players are in protecting their privacy.
You need to show proof to players
that the casino's can be
trusted with this information.
How you accomplish this
is something you need to decide.
