Regarding the OCMA, I'd like to solicit some feedback from you. Let me start by saying that I am against having your personal and/or credit card information disseminated around the net.
Here's the problem though. As you know, when someone truely is a fraud, and intends to cheat a casino, they will go to all the licensees of the endor. To stop that, it is important to share data, but, of course if it is not done in a controlled way, it angers players, and rightfully so.
Do you think it would be appropriate for endors to aggregate the card numbers of chargebacks and auto-ban those players, but without revealing the credit card numbers to the operators? Perhaps this would work if there were a proper protest mechanism to get oneself off the list if there is an error or misunderstanding.
Where do you think the balance should be between casinos protecting themselves from habitual fraudsters, and the privacy players deserve? I would like your input.
But to answer your question directly, we do not endorse OCMA, belong to it, or have a feature in the software to import their database.
