RESOLUTION...

First of all, I probably would never have posted here and would have given InterCasino more time to resolve the problem if I hadn't felt jerked around. I live in Las Vegas (Henderson) and my distrust of these operations runs deep.

I initially gave Gary a bad rap and I'm ery sorry. He evidently did try to return calls but my system rejects blocked callerID and I was not here to hear the phone ring.

Here's the deal... Gary got me to go back into the craps game to see if my bets were still laying on the table. I had not been back in there since I had exited the game on 1/23. Sure enough, they are still in place on the table and my balance shows $325. I remove the bets again, just as I had done on 1/23, and exit the game. I re-enter the craps game and my bets are back on the table. I remove them again and then roll the dice this time and exit. Upon entering the game again, the bets are off the table and my balance is correct.

So, now we know that an additional step has to be taken in the CryptoLogic craps game. Hopefully this will save a future craps player a little grief. I believe a bug report will be submitted with regard to this.

I never was able to get an email to casiomarketing@intercasino.com, they have all bounced, so that just added to the frustration.
