I am almost in the same situation with another Crypto. Money dissapeared from my account but I have never played on this day.
I am trying to get them to start an investigation for more than 10 days.
martintg didnot try to cash out, he like me logged and saw some funds were missing dont you understand that. So, there is no question of the bonus being deducted. I did play without any bonus. If I dont get refunded soon I'm going to file complaints.
In my case some of my previous bets have never been recorded in the log. When I discovered the missing funds, i saw an entry in the log: $113.25 played and lost in MP BJ. How it is possible to win ot lose $0.25 in a BJ game with a $5 minimum stake?
I was playing Black Jack when there was a server crash, no game loaded for two days after that with a message" "account locked. the system will automatically fix that within 5-8 minutes blah blah blah." I could log to the casino but could not play any game. Finally, two days later I entered BJ expecting to be prompted to finish the unfinished game. The crash happened exactly on the moment when I placed a $15 bet and clicked "bet", no cards were dealt. My balance at that ery moment was $142.50. When I logged to the casino during the following two day I saw my balance of $127.50 which I considered as normal having in mind the $15 unfinished game. As I said I could get any game load. Finally, on the third day I loaded BJ and was not prompted to finish the game and I saw my balance of $9.25!!!.
During these 10 days I have sent dozens emails to ecash and casino support all ignored by Ecash. Only today I have received something about my account being checked from Ecash.
