Hello!

One week ago i opened a new account VegasUsa and plaid there. I also asked for the bonus and their customer-service told me that i will get it in 48H.

On Sunday i tried to login but they locked my account. Talking with customer-service:"You will get answer in 2 days!"
I also wrote 2 emails, but no answer from VegasUsa!
Now, today i tried to talk with them again per chat and they told me that i should write an email again!! Thats all!!

I always thought that VegasUsa is one of the best casinos?!? They are not able to tell me why my account is locked.
What should i do now, i think i will never see my deposits!!
