Real Time Gaming does this software cheat?

Guys look at this..

Playing at a real time gaming place.. When i wager small amounts, the cards are dealt instantly... and then when i try wagering say $50 or $100 at one go the system pauses as if it is reflecting... and i lose the hands.. Now what am i to believe??? This is rigged software and this circumstance has happened at least 10 times for me..
