The appeal letter was lodged a few weeks after the Kahnawake 'decision'.
It was reported that Kahnawake ignored all attempts for a review.
After much pressure, Microgaming agreed to employ Price Waterhouse Coopers to conduct an audit, conditional upon both parties (players and Golden Palace)agreeing to the outcome.
Microgaming did not release the results of the report, however, it was reported that PWC found in favor of the players. After this, Microgaming refused to consider any additional complaints from other players, despite their inital agreement to do so.
If you play at a Microgaming Casino or one licensed by Kahnawake, do not assume you are protected...
